Seasoned Kimchi Seasoned Kimchi
Seonjang Seasoned Kimchi emerged on the market in 1992 after the designation by the Seonjang National Agricultural Cooperative Federation as a Development Institute of Traditional Food from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in 1991. It has been the leader in letting the world know about traditional Korean foods.
Yeonnyeopju Yeonnyeopju (Lotus Perfumed Grain Wine)
Yeonnyeopju (Lotus Perfumed Grain Wine), designated as Chungnam Intangible Cultural Property No. 11, was initially developed by Cabinet ministers about 200 years ago and used by the council to ease the stressful work atmosphere. "Chinong," written by Yi Wonjib, describes the detailed brewing procedure. The Yi family produces the traditional wine Yeonnyeopju and it is used in memorial ceremonies. A lotus leaf adds a unique aroma and the name Yeonnyopju (Lotus Perfumed Grain Wine) comes from this.
